Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply in their country. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.
Returns Policy
Custom and Personalized Orders
Many of our products are made to order, crafted individually for each customer. According to Article 13 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Ukrainian consumer protection laws, returns are not accepted for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Custom Products
If you have purchased a non-customized, ready-made product, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at nvwfurniture@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the case and offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
