LOZA Natural Furniture (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards in accordance with Ukrainian law on accessibility and the EU Directive (EU) 2016/2102 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications.

Measures to Support Accessibility

To ensure accessibility of our website, we:

  • In Ukraine: National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine, Ministry of Social Policy, or the Commissioner for Human Rights.

  • In the EU: Contact your national accessibility monitoring body.

We may update this Accessibility Statement periodically to reflect improvements in our accessibility efforts and to remain compliant with legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated effective date.
